The first time I heard a bit of this song was at the fading ending of Seven Seas Of Rhye by Queen, in 1979, I was only 8 years old, living with my parents in Hamburg Germany.

I've always had lots of respect for Reginald Dixon - frankly he's one of those few worthy of being called a true gentleman. For the rest just put coshs and knuckledusters into the hands of their kids. Then those bastards gave guns and knives to today's young !

Every great organist has their own way of playing this. Joyce plays this beautifully: recalls a warn summer day's picnic by the sea.

I am in absolute awe of anyone who can play the organ like that. I always think of it as such an epic and mysterious instrument. Absolutely stunning thank you for posting this.

Amazing Joyce ,playing the Blackpool tower Wurlitzer is an experience I'm hoping to cross off my bucket list later on this year,I first started playing the theatre organ at the age of 14 back in the 70s sitting on the organ bench next to the late Carlo Curley , an experience I remember well,over 40 years ago now

This sound and tune is a stark reminder of my childhood in the U.K. in the early 60’s on holiday with my family going around eating fish and chips, toffee apples, pickled seafood. Fantastic!

ey sorry I haven't replied earlier. It depends of the camera you have to what else you need to do time-lapses. For all cameras you need a tripod and a sturdy one at that. Now if you have a Nikon DSLR then that is all you need because they have intervalometers built in, whereas a Canon DSLR you will need an external intervalometer which is what I have. Hope that helps
